TERRELL, TEXAS — On the heels of announcing the creation of a dozen service positions nationwide, UNIFIED POWER is pleased to welcome Chelsea Hamill as an additional Human Resources Manager supporting the existing team. In her position, Hamill will play an integral role in the organization’s ongoing efforts to respond to continued business growth while maintaining its focus on exemplary customer service.
“Chelsea brings a wealth of experience that will significantly help our ever-expanding company,” said Chris Roach, President and CEO of Unified Power. “Her demonstrated success in improving work relationships, building morale, and increasing productivity and retention is an ideal fit for Unified Power.”
Hamill comes to Unified Power with an extensive background in HR generalist affairs, including many years of experience in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, records management, policies development and legal compliance.
“I am extremely excited to join the Unified Power team,” she said. “I am looking forward to being part of a forward-thinking, expanding company.”
Furthermore, as a veteran of the U.S. Army, Hamill’s hiring perfectly aligns with Unified Power’s ongoing commitment to recruit military personnel.
Earlier this summer, the company announced it would be seeking military applicants to fill a dozen new positions on its service team. “Our company has been rewarded by the military, and we intend to reciprocate by working with military personnel in return,” Roach said.
The vision of Unified Power is to bring together advanced critical power services, sales and testing capabilities to become the premier independent power services company in North America. Under its various brands, the organization has provided thousands of companies across the nation with affordable and reliable critical power services for their UPS and battery systems for more than two decades.
The Unified Power brand began in January 2011 when Pfingsten Partners purchased On Computer Services, a national critical power service company located in Terrell, Texas. Other companies under the Unified Power brand include Baltimore-based Power Protection Unlimited, Sun Sales Company of Albuquerque, UPSCO of Glenmont, Ohio and Power Protection Services of Dallas.
